1. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Customers may request a full refund within 90 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

- The product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
- The return request is initiated within 90 days of the delivery date and the item is received by Freeze Fit within a reasonable timeframe.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- A Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be issued along with return shipping instructions.
- Ship the product back to the provided return address using a trackable and insured shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once received and inspected, an eligible refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or modified after delivery.
- Items that are missing parts, accessories, or original packaging.
- Custom or personalized orders.
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale.

4. Warranty & Defective Products

5. Order Cancellations & Modifications
- Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

- Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
